Roca Corba Partners
We are a private investment firm seeking to acquire, operate, professionalize and scale a lower middle market business
Our Strategic Approach
Acquire
We are looking to acquire a small business with $500k-$2M in earnings that meets several key criteria. The business should be asset-light with a strong recurring revenue base, profitable, and scalable. We are particularly interested in opportunities where there is room for significant growth with minimal capital investment. Importantly, the business should benefit from industry tailwinds.
Operate
In the initial phase, our focus will be on hands-on operation, gaining a deep understanding of the business and its industry while identifying strategic growth opportunities.
Scale
In the next phase, our plan is to expand by replicating a proven business model or by consolidating other operators. Finally, in the last phase, we will either exit if we believe value creation has been maximized, or continue holding the business to benefit from its cash flow.
